We are currently expanding team and looking for IT Security Manager who will be responsible for our product and product infrastructure security. Your daily job is to oversee the security of ongoing projects, communicate with Product Owners and Technical Leads, proactively identify, assess and address any security risks within our products. You are expected to ensure that all aspects of IT security are integrated into project planning and execution, maintaining constant vigilance against potential vulnerabilities. If you are result-oriented person able to lead by example and enjoys finding innovative solutions to technical challenges, this is a great opportunity to contribute extensively to the design and development of .NET solutions in a dynamic and collaborative team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, and ensure the timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization, providing training and guidance to all employees Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and cybersecurity-related issues, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as necessary Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and proactively implement new technologies and processes to mitigate risks Investigate and respond to security incidents, minimizing damage and ensuring business continuity

We hope you are a curious, analytical person who wants to work in dynamic environment:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred) Proven record of ownership in IT security area Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and driving change Excellent communication skills
IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE
Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)

Salary: 

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~3340 Eur – ~5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise..

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
